laBray Barn is our Gold Award winning cottage. There are three bedrooms, the master bedroom is lovely and spacious with floor to ceiling windows on one side. This room also has an en-suite shower room and walk in wardrobe. Outside this room there is a landing with floor to ceiling windows and a space to sit and admire the view of the Warwickshire countryside. There is an additional king sized double room and twin room that share a shower room.
The ground floor of the property has a large living room with floor to ceiling windows and a large flat screen TV. There is an additional reading / quiet room, W.C and spacious kitchen diner.
All fixtures and fittings in Bray Barn are of a high standard and there are many items included to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
On your arrival you will find tea, coffee, sugar, a pint of milk, and some home made cakes waiting for you.

- Tennis court – The main farm house has a tennis court which you are welcome to use by prior arrangement.
- Breakfast basket – Please let us know on booking if you would like a breakfast basket. This is full of locally produced food and home made goods including homemade bread, fruit, yogurts and homemade jam.
- Cakes – If you would like any extra cakes or puddings made we have a full range available to order.
- Baby sitting by arrangement
- Meeting room – There is a small meeting room available to hire on the farm. This is a recently converted barn with toilets which seats approximately 30 people theatre style and 20 people boardroom style. Catering can also be arranged for your functions.
