Frequently Asked Questions

What time can we arrive at our accommodation?

You can arrive any time after 3pm on your day of arrival.  This gives us enough time to ensure that your accommodation is cleaned to the standard that we wish to maintain.

When do we need to vacate our accommodation?

You need to vacate your accommodation by 10 am on your day of departure.  If new guests are not arriving immediately late departures are available by arrangement, but there may be a charge.

When do I have to pay the balance?

The balance is due six weeks before the start of your stay. If the booking is made within six weeks of the of date arrival, then full payment is required.

How can I pay?

You can pay several different ways:

Cash

Cheques made payable to ‘North Mere’

Bacs transfer (please contact us for bank details)

Credit card (please note we charge 2%)

Debit card

All balances are due at least six weeks in advance of your stay.

Are there any additional charges?

No.  Electricity, Linen, towels etc are all included.  We ask that you leave your accommodation clean and tidy and reserve the right to charge for extra cleaning if this is required.

What do I do if I have a complaint?

If you have a problem during your stay please do come and find us or give us a call as we want you to enjoy your stay.  We will try and rectify any problems you have as soon as possible.  We do appreciate your comments.
